The Senior Executive Leader Fellowship (SELF) is a prestigious eleven-month program focused on executive clarity, community, and growth. Fellows receive assessments, personalized support to accelerate on timely needs, leadership insights from c-suite professionals, and a powerful network of peers. Ultimately, with its apropos acronym, SELF is about personal discovery and attainment of full potential at the executive level.
SELF Fellows Must:
- Identify as Black, Hispanic, or Native American and have a desire for a cohort experience
- Be willing and able to fulfill all requirements and commitments listed on the website
- Possess senior leadership experience listed on the website
Length: The application should take about 10 minutes to complete. There are no essays, recommendations, or extensive questions.
